REDDIT FOUNDER UNDERSTANDS BETTER THE POWER OF THE FREEDOM OF THE OPEN INTERNET

I have been fascinated by Reddit for a while, but I can’t say that I really get it. Anarchic, strange and un-designed—like a Craigslist of ideas—I find stuff there occasionally, but I am not an actual Redditor.
Reddit gained a lot of visibility as the staging area for the remarkably successful protests against the remarkably short-sighted SOPA/PIPA legislation, and it is bound to be a significant force in battling CISPA and whatever else challenges the sovereignty of the free internet down the road. But what has really clued me in to what the site—and the values it represents—are all about, are these videos of founder Alexis Ohanian just published on the THNKR channel on YouTube.
