ALEXIS GOES TO WASHINGTON: ΣΤΡΟΦΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΥΒΙΣΤΗΣΕΙΣ 360 ΜΟΙΡΩΝ

...Οι "βαθυστόχαστοι" ψευδώνυμοι “αναλυτές” των ελληνόφωνων δημοσιογραφικών σάιτ που “κόβουν” φλέβες μην τυχόν και “...στραβοπατήσει” η “...ανάπτυξη” (βλ. ξεπούλημα όσο-όσο σε όποιον δώσει την μεγαλύτερη μίζα), δεν μπορούν να απαντήσουν, στις εμβριθέστατες και κατατοπιστικότατες αναλύσεις τους, όπου καταπίνουν τα βοθρολύματα του αποχετευτικού αγωγού του Κερατσινίου και διυλίζουν την τρίχα της ουράς του ...”ελέφαντα ΔΝΤ”, στα εξής απλά και βασικότατα ερωτήματα:

1. Πως ο ηγέτης μιάς αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης που ΔΕΝ ΟΜΙΛΕΙ αλλά ούτε και γράφει μια διεθνή γλώσσα επικοινωνίας π.χ. Αγγλικά τουλάχιστον, θα ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΗΣΕΙ το -ΑΝΥΠΑΡΚΤΟ μέχρι στιγμής- ΣΧΕΔΙΟ του για να υπάρξει ανάπτυξη και να καταπολεμηθεί η ανεργία του 30% στην Ελλάδα; Πως; ...Mε το Ι does, you did, he don't !!!! Aκόμη και παιδιά οκτώ και δέκα ετών μιλούν και γράφουν στην Ελλάδα σήμερα TOYΛΑΧΙΣΤΟΝ 2 (ΔΥΟ) ξένες γλώσσες σήμερα!!! Σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης, καθημερινό φαινόμενο πια στη γενέτειρα, θα χρειασθεί να “ξυπνήσουν” διερμηνέα, ή τη Ρένα Δούρου, να “τρέξει”, για να μιλήσει με τον Ομπάμα, την Mέρκελ, τον Τόμσεν, τον Γιούνκερ, τον Φούχτελ ή τον Mόντι; 'Ελεος!
   
2. Αφού ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ΝΔ έχουν πια την ίδια ακριβώς (προεκλογική) θέση “...επαναδιαπραγμάτευση των μνημονίων”-η οποία φυσικά ουδέποτε τηρήθηκε από τον σημερινό πρωθυπουργό Αντώνη Σαμαρά, και, βέβαια, ουδείς μας διαβεβαιώνει ότι μετά από τόσες κυβιστήσεις θα τηρηθεί από τον Αλέξη Τσίπρα-γιατί να ψηφίσει κανείς ΣΥΡΙΖΑ; Για να αλλάξουν απλώς τα πρόσωπα; Aφού θα εφαρμόσουν την ίδια ακριβώς πολιτική και, ουσιαστικά, τίποτα δεν θα αλλάξει;
   
3. Πως μπορείς να προδίδεις τις ελπίδες όλων αυτών που ψήφισαν ΣΥΡΙΖΑ στις απανωτές, διπλές εκλογές του 2012, ελπίζοντας να αλλάξει η χώρα προς το καλύτερο, έστω με μια συγκυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ΑΝ.ΕΛ, σε τούτο το τόσο εύθραυστο, και πρώιμο, στάδιο; Πως γίνεται ένα κόμμα της, υποτίθεται, ριζοσπαστικής αριστεράς να έχει την ίδια ακριβώς θέση με ένα “κεντροδεξιό”, “....νεοφιλελεύθερο” κόμμα όπως της Νέας Δημοκρατίας του 2012-2013;
4. Πως γίνεται να μιλάς για ανθρωπισμό και για τα δικαιώματα της γυναίκας, και του ανθρώπου γενικότερα, στην ελευθερία, την ακεραιότητα, και την αξιοπρέπεια, και ενάντια στο ρατσισμό, και να μην παίρνεις θέση στην υπόθεση της 15χρονης στη Χρυσή Ακτή της Πάρου που ακόμη χαροπαλεύει και δεν έχει ουσιαστική επαφή με το περιβάλλον; Πως γίνεται ακόμη και, σκληροτράχηλοι μπάτσοι της ΓΑΔΑ να έχουν συγκινηθεί -προς τιμή τους!- και να ψάχνουν εξήντα αστυνομικοί τον δράστη Αυγουστιάτικα κι εσύ να το ...“βουλώνεις”; Και διακοπές πάλι όλοι μαζί πηγαίνετε στο κάμπινγκ του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ; Δεν υπάρχει κάποιος εκπρόσωπος τύπου να πάρει θέση σε ένα τόσο ...“καυτό” κοινωνικό θέμα;
   Ποιά είναι η θέση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, και της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης, για την 15χρονη Μυρτώ; Η ΣΙΩΠΗ; Eίναι παιδί ενός κατώτερου θεού επειδή οι γονείς της ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και την κακοποίησε σεξουαλικά και με ιδαίτερα βάναυσο τρόπο παράνομος Πακιστανός μετανάστης;
5. Και με τους νεκρούς της ΜΑΡΦΙΝ τι γίνεται; Ηταν λιγότερο άνθρωποι, ή λιγότερο ΄Ελληνες, επειδή αναγκαστικά εργαζόντουσαν σε τράπεζα για να επιβιώσουν; Που έπρεπε να δουλεύουν; Στην πλατεία Κουμουνδούρου;
6. Πως γίνεται ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΞΕΡΕΙΣ ότι ΔΕΝ ΚΑΤΑΡΓΗΘΗΚΕ ο 13ος και 14ος μισθός αλλά ότι ουσιαστικά έγινε μια τεράστια “...εσωτερική υποτίμηση 40% και 50%”; Πως θα αλλάξεις έτσι τη ρημαδο-οικονομία πρός το καλύτερο;
   
7. Πως γίνεται η Ελλάδα να καίγεται, τον Αύγουστο και τον Δεκέμβριο του 2012, κι εσύ να πηγαίνεις διακοπές σαν κλασσικός Ελληνάρας λες και ακόμη “...ζείς” στη δεκαετία του '80 και του '90; Ηγέτης της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης είσαι, και η χώρα “...καίγεται!”, καταστρέφεται, ξεπουλιέται, με ποιό δικαίωμα το ξέχασες; Εκατοντάδες χιλιάδες ΄Ελληνες (τo 27%) σε ψήφισαν, σε τίμησαν με την την εμπιστοσύνη τους, ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΞΕΧΝΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΕΡΓΑΖΕΣΑΙ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΚΟΙΝΟ ΚΑΛΟ ΟΛΩΝ ΤΩΝ ΕΛΛΗΝΩΝ ΠΡΟΣ ΤΗ ΣΩΣΤΗ ΚΑΤΕΥΘΥΝΣΗ!
8. Πως ακριβώς θα έρθει η ανάπτυξη και θα χτυπηθεί η ανεργία του 30%; Mε στυγνή φορολόγηση των εταιρειών, κυνήγι των επενδυτών και των μικρο-επιχειρηματιών με 36%, 40% φορολόγηση και 23% ΦΠΑ, και αθρόους διορισμούς στο Δημόσιο και τους Δήμους;
9. Aκόμη, το να γίνει ένα “....καινούργιο” σχέδιο Μάρσαλ Νο 2, με “βαρύ αντάλλαγμα” τα πετρέλαια, το φυσικό αέριο, και την...Ακρόπολη, όπου οι “'Ελληνες ολιγάρχες” λέγε με Γιάννα, Σωκράτη κ.α. θα αποκομίσουν κέρδη δισεκατομμυρίων ευρώ, όπως στους χρεωκοπημένους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του 2004, είναι ανεδαφικό, ανέφικτο, και εξαιτίας των δυσεπίλυτων, μέχρι σήμερα, προβλημάτων της διεθνούς οικονομίας, λεκτικό ευφυολόγημα ...αέρα κοπανιστού! Φυσικά, σχέδιο Μάρσαλ Νο 2, σημαίνει “πρόσδεση” (σιδηροδέσμια) και σε άλλο νόμισμα. Ο νοών νοείτο! Αντί να ακολουθηθεί το παράδειγμα της Ισλανδίας, όπου ΔΕΝ ΕΣΚΥΨΑΝ το κεφάλι και αγωνίσθηκαν για την αξιοπρέπεια τους , θα ζητηθούν πάλι ΔΑΝΕΙΚΑ και ΑΓΥΡΙΣΤΑ (όπως στα Μνημόνια 1,2,3) με αντάλλαγμα το ΤΕΛΙΚΟ ΞΕΠΟΥΛΗΜΑ, και τη σύνδεση με άλλο νόμισμα πιθανότατα και σε δυσμενέστερη ισοτιμία από την ήδη υπάρχουσα. (Σ.Σ. Δυο μέρες μετά, το σχέδιο Μάρσαλ εξαφανίσθηκε και στη LE MONDE DIPLOMATIQUE λίγες μέρες μετά η κυρία που του γράφει τα κείμενα μας αποκάλυψε ότι ειδικά για τη Γαλλόφωνη αγορά το μνημόνιο και ΠΑΛΙ αμφισβητείται... Κακόμοιρη Ελλάδα!)

...Ας μην απορούμε μετά για την άνοδο των τουνεοφασιστικού κόμματος των ...κλούβιωναυγών στις δημοσκοπήσεις. Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ με την ανερμάτιστη πολιτική του πολώνει την κατάσταση ακαι δημιουργεί ένα ΔΙΚΟΜΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΔΙΠΟΛΟ (ΤΡΙΚΟΜΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΣΗ-ΧΡΥΣΗ ΑΥΓΗ) που οδηγεί στα χειρότερα. Δηλαδή εμφυλιακό αιματοκύλισμα ή δικτατορία.

Είναι επιτακτική ανάγκη λοιπόν ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ να αποκτήσει μια ΑΛΛΗ ΣΤΡΑΤΗΓΙΚΗ και ΗΓΕΤΙΚΗ ΟΜΑΔΑ για να μπορεί και η Ελλάδα να ελπίζει! Κατεπειγόντως! Χθές!

The  German state also claims copyright ownership over the photos  and that this is an "...intellectual property!!!!!" of the contemporary German state of chancellor's Angela Merckel dystopian society of Shylocks and extortionists (once a Nazi, always a Nazi!)... 

The US Supreme Court and many European courts had ruled that is illegal from a  killer, or a mass murderer, to derive income, revenues, profits, or royalties the exploitation of the criminal activities, suffering, abuse, torture, and death of his victims. 

In this case German army photographers (soldiers) forced  Jewish inmates against their will to get photographed before transported to "concentration" (read DEATH) camps like Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland.

Greek Jews are forced to perform "exercises" , so the Nazis, and their local neofasiscts collaborators can decide on their physical  fitness and capabilities.  Kept without food and water under the hot sun of July 1942, many hours  in Salonica's Liberty Square,  they were later  transported with overpacked cattle trains, without food and water,  to termination camps. 

The Nazi SS, and their death squads, Waffen SS, were judged a criminal organization by the Nuremberg Tribunal (November 20, 1945 to October 1, 1946). 
According to the U.S. Holocaust Museum a total of 405.222 prisoners were registered at the camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau alone, but those who were sent directly to the gas chambers upon arrival were never registered. Over 6.000.000 European Jews perished through the Holocaust (from January 30, 1933, when Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, to May 8, 1945). Out of the 54.000 Salonica Jews that were deported to the extermination camps, only 1.950 survived.

Τέρμα τα ψέμματα και πλέον οι κύριοι 

δημοσιογράφοι θα πρέπει να είναι αρκετά προσεκτικοί στην προσπάθεια τους να υπερασπίσουν τα απόβλητα της κοινωνίας.

Για όσους δεν το έχουν καταλάβει, η δίωξη για το σκάνδαλο της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ γίνεται βάσει του ν.1608/50. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Κακουργηματική πράξη ψευδούς βεβαιωσης εις βάρος του δημοσίου και πάει με το ν. περί καταχραστών. Μιλάμε για ποινή 
που βάσει του μεγέθους της ζημιάς του δημοσίου λόγω του φουσκώματος, σημαίνει ΙΣΟΒΙΑ.

Οχι μόνον για την παρεΐτσα της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ, αλλά και για τους ηθικούς αυτουργούς. Ειδικά εάν κάποιος εκ των τριών, Γεωργίου, Μολφέτα ή Ξενάκη αποκαλύψει εντολή πολιτικού προϊσταμένου, τότε αυτομάτως ενεργοποιείται η εφεύρεση που είχαν κάνει για το Βατοπαίδι αλλά ως φαίνεται θα τους γυρίσει μπούμερανγκ.

Εκεί οφείλονται και οι απεγνωσμένες αντιδράσεις και πρωτοφανείς παρεμβάσεις Παπανδρέου κατά της δικαιοσύνης. Οπότε κύριοι, όταν μιλάτε για κατηγορούμενους τέτοιου βαθμού, είναι άκρως προκλητικό και συνάμα επικίνδυνο να σας μπλέξει σε νομικές περιπέτειες η απέλπιδα προσπάθεια υπεράσπισης τους. Ρωτήστε κανέναν (σοβαρό) δικηγόρο, τώρα που οι εισαγγελείς έχουν πάψει να φοβούνται.

(...) Το δάνειο αυτό το διαχειρίστηκε ο καταζητούμενος σήμερα Πέτρος Κυριακίδης, ως πρόεδρος και διευθύνων σύμβουλος της Alapis. Δεν έχασε στιγμή λοιπόν και σταδιακά, τα έτη 2010 – 2011, μεταβίβασε την ρευστότητα σε εταιρείες δικών του συμφερόντων. Συγκεκριμένα την γνωστή ΝΕΠ «ΑΕ εκδόσεων και εκμεταλλεύσεως ραδιοφωνικών σταθμών» αλλά και άλλες δύο εταιρείες του «ομίλου» του. Τον εκδοτικό του οργανισμό «Πέτρος Κυριακίδης» και την «Άνω ΑΕ». Όλα αυτά μέσα σε κλίμα απόλυτης ανοχής από τις ελεγκτικές αρχές, αφού το ύψος του δανείου από το ΤΤ δεν έγινε ποτέ επίσημα γνωστό μέχρι την στιγμή που δημοσιοποιήθηκε η λίστα από τον πρόεδρο των «Ανεξάρτητων Ελλήνων» κ. Πάνο Καμμένο.

Οι ευθύνες των αρχών

Οι ευθύνες των ελεγκτικών αρχών είναι βαρύτατες όπως και στην περίπτωση Γριβέα. Η ΤτΕ ήταν ενήμερη για της ενέργειες του ΤΤ αλλά και η Alapis είναι εισηγμένη εταιρεία. Αυτές οι εκροές δεν μπορούσαν να περνούν στα ψιλά αφού συνοδευόντουσαν από βαρύγδουπες εξαγορές μεριδίων εκδοτικών και άλλων επιχειρήσεων στον χώρο των ΜΜΕ.

Οι δύο ελεγκτικές αρχές επίσης γνώριζαν για την σκανδαλώδη διαχείριση του δημόσιου χρήματος ειδικά μετά το ρεπορτάζ της «Ελευθεροτυπίας» που είχε πιέσει με ερωτήσεις τόσο την ΤτΕ όσο και την επιτροπή κεφαλαιαγοράς για τις «σκοτεινές» μπίζνες του κυρίου Γριβέα και τις χρηματοδοτήσεις που δεν ανακοινώνονταν. Δεν έλαβε ποτέ απάντηση.

Φαίνεται ότι ένα αόρατο χέρι αγκάλιαζε τις δραστηριότητες όσων είχαν σχέση έμμεσα ή άμεσα με το όνομα «Παπανδρέου». Ο κύριος Γριβέας είχε την στενή σχέση με τον αδελφό του τέως πρωθυπουργού, ενώ η Alapis είχε το ισχυρό χαρτί του κυρίου Θόδωρου Ασημακόπουλου, μέλος του αμαρτωλού ΔΣ της Proton, αλλά και «αγαπημένο παιδί» του Γιώργου Παπανδρέου.

Ως άλλος Χριστοφοράκος λοιπόν και ο Πέτρος Κυριακίδης φυγαδεύτηκε και παραμένει ασύλληπτος, ενώ τα ΜΜΕ που έλαβαν τα εκατομμύρια των εξαγορών και συμμετοχών συνεχίζουν να μην «απορούν». Το ίδιο και η κυρία Σκούρα, δικηγόρος και βασική συνεργάτης του Κυριακίδη που γνωρίζει πολλά. Όσο για τον κύριο Ασημακόπουλο, παραμένει στο απυρόβλητο.

Την ίδια στιγμή που εκατομμύρια Έλληνες καλούνται να αποπληρώσουν με το αίμα τους την οπερέτα της διαπλοκής.

Του ΓΙΩΡΓΟΥ ΧΑΡΒΑΛΙΑ (ΑΝΤΙΝEWS)  Γιώργου Χαρβαλιά

 Είκοσι ένα χρόνια υπάλληλος του ΔΝΤ, από το οποίο δεν παραιτήθηκε ακόμη κι όταν ορίστηκε επικεφαλής της ΕΛ.ΣΤΑΤ., ο Ανδρέας Γεωργίου θα μπορούσε να είναι ο ιδανικός «τεχνοκράτης» για να μας σπρώξει στα νύχια των δανειστών.

Γι’ αυτό και καθόλου δεν συγκινήθηκα από τις διαδοχικές δηλώσεις στήριξης στο πρόσωπό του εκ μέρους της Ευρωπαϊκής Στατιστικής Υπηρεσίας. Το αντίθετο μάλιστα. Προβληματίζομαι ιδιαίτερα, όταν όλοι αυτοί που μας κατηγορούσαν διαχρονικά ότι μαγειρεύαμε τα στοιχεία διατείνονται τώρα ότι ο μόνος που έκανε σωστά τη δουλειά του ήταν ο Γεωργίου.

Δεν υπάρχει καμία αμφιβολία ότι το έλλειμμα του 2009 ήταν αυτό που μας οδήγησε στο διάγγελμα-παρωδία του Γιωργάκη από το Καστελλόριζο και συνακόλουθα στο Μνημόνιο. «Πειραγμένο» ή πραγματικό, δεν είναι ακόμη ξεκάθαρο. Οπως επίσης σαφές δεν είναι για ποιον ακριβώς ενεργούσε ο ιδιόρρυθμος τεχνοκράτης με το αγέρωχο ύφος: Για τον άμεσο πολιτικό του προϊστάμενο και συμμαθητή του Γιώργο Παπακωνσταντίνου που είχε κάθε λόγο να εμφανίζει υπερφουσκωμένο το έλλειμμα, φορτώνοντας τον «εκτροχιασμό» στην κυβέρνηση Καραμανλή; Για το αόρατο αφεντικό του, τον Γερμανό Ραϊντερμάχερ της Eurostat, στις εντολές του οποίου υπάκουε τυφλά; Ή για το ΔΝΤ που ήθελε εναγωνίως να πιάσει… στασίδι στο διαφαινόμενο ευρωπαϊκό πρόβλημα χρέους;

Οπως και να έχει το πράγμα, αυτό το περιβόητο «15,4%», το έλλειμμα-ρεκόρ δηλαδή, που αίφνης ξεπέρασε και αυτό της Ιρλανδίας, υπήρξε ο καταλύτης για να «πεισθούν» οι αγορές ότι το ελληνικό χρέος δεν είναι εξυπηρετήσιμο. Τα spreads εκτινάχθηκαν, η ελληνική κυβέρνηση άρχισε να μιλάει για «Τιτανικούς» και η χώρα οδηγήθηκε με συνοπτικές διαδικασίες στο Μνημόνιο, λες και επρόκειτο να χρεοκοπήσει τα επόμενα 24ωρα…

Ο ρόλος του Γεωργίου υπήρξε απολύτως κομβικός. Γιατί ο ίδιος επέλεξε να… καινοτομήσει στον τρόπο υπολογισμού του ελλείμματος, φορτώνοντας (σ.σ.: χωρίς να είναι υποχρεωμένος) 17 ΔΕΚΟ στο λογαριασμό της γενικής διακυβέρνησης.

Οι εισαγγελείς έκριναν ότι οι εις βάρος του καταγγελίες δεν ήταν δυνατό να αγνοηθούν. Οχι επειδή τεκμηριώνονται πλήρως, αλλά επειδή είναι εξαιρετικά σοβαρές.

DEALING WITH AARON SWARTZ IN THE NIXONIAN TRADITION: OVERZEALOUS OVERCHARGING LEADS TO TRAGEDY

...While watching President Obama’s second inauguration, I was also reading the recent, brief, but quite thought-provoking essay written by University of Tennessee law professor Glenn Reynolds, “Ham Sandwich Nation: Due Process When Everything Is A Crime.”  Reynolds’s piece was prompted by the tragic suicide of Aaron Swartz, the young computer-programming wizard, political organizer, and Internet activist who fell into the clutches of the Boston U.S. Attorney’s Office, which, at the time Swartz took his life, was planning to forever ruin him over an apparent act of civil disobedience, in order to make an example of him.  (This is my characterization of the treatment of Swartz, not Reynolds’s.)

Appropriately hoping to encourage further debate, Glenn Reynolds has raised even broader due process questions posed by the work of federal prosecutors generally, given the fact that they have remarkable and largely unfettered powers to implement a federal criminal code that is so broad and extensive (when it is not strikingly vague) that it literally makes unwitting criminals of potentially almost everyone.  Aaron Swartz learned these frightening realities about the federal code and prosecutorial powers too late.

From the initial statements of Boston U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz, who made the highly debatable statement that “Stealing is stealing, whether you use a computer command or a crowbar,” to the upping of the charges from four counts in 2011 to thirteen counts in 2012, this was heavy-handed treatment for a 25-year-old information activist.

In fact, the backtracking defense mounted by the Boston U.S. Attorney’s Office of its own conduct in the Swartz case reveals that U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz now understands that they were using a sledgehammer for something that was merely worthy of a slap on the wrist, apparently along with her assistant, career federal prosecutor Stephen Heymann.  For example, CNN reports that Ortiz’s office now says the prosecutors had no evidence that Swartz had acted for personal gain, and they apparently concede that calling for the harshest penalties available under the law was not appropriate, given his alleged offenses.  Ortiz’s office now claims that had Swartz been convicted under her office’s draconian charges, they would have recommended that the judge sentence Aaron to six months in a low-security setting  (They may have also offered him a six-month sentence in jail if he pled guilty to one of their charges.)

It appears that Aaron Swartz was looking at somewhere between 6 months and probably 6 years for downloading academic journals from MIT’s network.  I am sorry, but this just does not compute.  It strikes me as way overcharging, for no apparent reason (...)

Αν ΔΕΝ ΗΤΑΝ οι εργαζόμενοι στο μετρό να δημιουργήσουν ιατρεία, με την ηρωική αρωγή εθελοντών και διασωστών, να μπούν ασπίδα στα ΜΑΤ του "Robacop" Χρήστου  Παπουτσή-το θυμάστε αυτό το εξαφανισμένο ..."παλικάρι"-θα είχαμε θρηνήσει ΔΕΚΑΔΕΣ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΝΕΣ ΖΩΕΣ, μια εκατόμβη νεκρών δηλαδή,  από τη θηριωδία των αλητήριων, υπάνθρωπων  "σοσια-ληστών" του GAP και του ΔΝΤ.

EGAM: THE DOUBLE GAME OF THE GREEK PM WITH THE NEONAZI PARTY.

Council of Europe : the European Grassroots Antiracist Movement (EGAM) denounces the undefensible double game of the Greek PM Samaras on neo-Nazism and his unacceptable support to "Golden Dawn".

Unsurprisingly, the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs of the Council of Europe confirmed yesterday the presence at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) of the Greek neo-Nazi Eleni Zaroulia ("Golden Dawn"), and of Tamas Gaudi Nagy, of the Hungarian party Jobbik, which is a racist and antisemitic one, officially strongly inspired by the "Arrow Cross" party, which collaborated with the Nazis, planned and organized the extermination of Jews and Gypsies.

This shows that it is urgent and important to modify the rules of the PACE in order to allow the exclusion of individuals or parties which are the ennemies of the founding values of the Council of Europe : democracy, human rights, equality and Europe.

It is the Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and his party New Democracy who bear the responsibility of the presence of the neo-Nazis of Golden Dawn at the PACE. Indeed, it is up to each national parliament to decide on the compositions of the delegations. The Greek parliament is thus allowed and entitled to build a coalition without any neo-Nazi.

This has been the pledge of the Greek parties Pasok, Democratic Left (members of the government coalition) and of Syriza since November.

This was the decision taken and announced by the Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras when he met in Athens, on December the 17th, the President of the European Grassroots Antiracist Movement, Benjamin Abtan.
This meeting followed the great mobilization by the Greek and European civil society under the leadership of EGAM, which gathered more than 10,000 people in the streets of Athens on December 15th, supported by Nobel Prize such as Elie Wiesel or Dario Fo, and prominent European intellectuals such as Bernard Kouchner, Adam Michnik or Serge Klarsfeld.
The decision by PM Samaras was confirmed and announced by New Democracy on December the 19th.

But, the Greek delegation which was sent on Monday to the PACE has the neo-Nazi Eleni Zaroulia in it : PM Samaras thus did exactly the opposite of what he pledged and announced he would do.

He brings a strong support to the Greek neo-Nazis, which supported the Dictatorship of the Colonels and, who, thanks to him and New Democracy, are part of an institution which was built to prevent Nazism, which fought against the Dictatorship of the Colonels and allowed the return of democracy in Greece.
He shows an unacceptable contempt of the European civil society and of the Nobel Prize and intellectuals who support it in its fight for democracy.

...Πως νιώθετε που ξεπεράσαμε το φόβο τον κίνδυνο της χρεωκοπίας; Έτσι λένε τα αλάνια που γράφουν από εδώ και από εκεί.

Εγώ πάντως λέω ότι ακόμα δεν ξεκίνησε καλά καλά η χρονιά και φθάνει η χειρότερη εβδομάδα που θα ζήσουμε, μέχρι την επόμενη, δυστυχώς.

Τελευταία εβδομάδα του μήνα Γενάρη 2013. Δεν υπάρχει φράγκο όπως οι περισσότεροι ξέρουμε.
Οι συνταξιούχοι που θα πληρωθούν τέλος του μήνα δεν έχουν στην τσέπη τους σχεδόν τίποτε.
Το ίδιοι και οι υπόλοιποι.
Και ακόμα δεν έχουν έρθει οι λογαριασμοί ρεύματος, γκαζιού, τηλεφώνου, φροντιστηρίων, ενοικίων και τόσων άλλων.

Πως να την βγάλει ο κόσμος; Το έχουν γυρίσει όλοι στο στριφτό...Αγρινίου και στα λαθραία τσιγάρα της λαϊκής.
Τα μακαρόνια, τα ρύζια και οι φακές έχουν γίνει κυρίως πιάτο, παρόλες τις συνταγές που μας δείχνουν καθημερινά στην τηλεόραση. Τα σουβλάκια του ενός ευρώ έχουν γίνει μόδα...ανάγκης!
Το ζυμωτό ψωμί στο σπίτι, επίσης.

Τα ρούχα μας απλά τα πλένουμε και τα ξαναφοράμε. Για παπούτσια ούτε λόγος. Μια χαρά είναι αυτά που έχουμε.
Όταν (!!!) γυρνάμε και ψωνίζουμε πάμε σε πέντε έξι σούπερ μάρκετ. Ψάχνουμε τις προσφορές, και ούτε καν με λίστα, αλλά μετρώντας τα πράγματα μας στο καλάθι.

Ταβέρνες και μπαράκια; Πλάκα κάνεις βέβαια. Θα μου πεις κάποιοι πάνε, ΟΚ καλά κάνουνε, είναι αυτοί που τα γράφουνε όλα για λίγο η κάποιοι που ζούνε σε ένα δικό τους κόσμο. Εκεί που είσαι, ήμουνα ,και εκεί που είμαι θάρθεις, λέει ο λαός.

Τα αυτοκίνητα παρκαρισμένα είναι και θα μείνουνε εκεί για αρκετό καιρό ακόμα.
Τρεχάτε ποδαράκια μου, γιατί ούτε Μετρό δεν κυκλοφορεί.

Οι πιτσιρικάδες βγαίνουν χωρίς χαρτζηλίκι έξω. Ντρεπόμαστε, αλλά και τι να κάνουμε.Πάντως αυτοί πάλι καλά περνάνε. Μακάρι παιδιά.

Μεροκάματο δεν υπάρχει και όταν υπάρχει απλά δεν πληρώνεται. Έναντι 100 και ζήσε φίλε μου με αυτά, αν μπορείς.
Δεν μπορείς; Το ξέρουμε, αυτά λέμε εδώ και κάτι γραμμές παραπάνω.

Σπίτια μας όλοι με τα πουλοβεράκια και κουβερτούλες στα πόδια. Χύμα κρασί και ούζο και μπόλικες καυτερές πιπεριές.
Όλοι με κάποιο κρυωματάκι και δεν έχει έρθει και η γρίπη ακόμα.
Για φάρμακα ούτε λόγος.

Και όμως μας λένε ότι αλλάξαν όλα, θα πάμε μπροστά χάρη στις θυσίες που κάνουμε.Μπροστά θα πάμε; Δεν νομίζω φίλε. Μπροστά είναι η πείνα, εγώ αυτό βλέπω.

Ανάπτυξη ακούμε και ...κατάψυξη βλέπουμε.

Ποιος θα μας σώσει;
Το μόνο που μας σώζει είναι να φτιάξει ο καιρός. Ούτε ο Σύριζα, ούτε κανένας.
Μιλάω πάντα για κοντινή λύση, γιατί για μακρινή ίσως να μην υπάρχουμε κάποιοι από εμάς.

Ελπίζω να έρθει γρήγορα, γρήγορα η Άνοιξη και μετά το καλοκαιράκι και να μας φέρει ελπίδα και ζέστη πάνω από όλα. Να τελειώσουμε πρώτα με το κρύο, να ανοίξουμε λίγο τα σπίτια μας και τη διάθεση μας.
Γιατί το καλοκαίρι δεν μας φοβάμαι. Θα την βγάλουμε. Στην Ελλάδα ζούμε. Θάλασσα, κολύμπι, περπάτημα, θα γίνουμε όλοι στυλάκια. Το καλοκαιράκι με ένα ουζάκι και λίγο μεζέ στην παραλία πρωί βράδι.
Αν όχι στην παραλία συνέχεια, τουλάχιστον με φίλους στις αυλές.
Στα πάρκα και στις ανοιχτές συναυλίες.
Και πείτε της εφορίας, του ΟΤΕ, του ΔΕΠΑ, της ΕΥΔΑΠ ότι θα είμαστε στο πρώτο βραχάκι αριστερά.

EGAM: KICK THE NEONAZI OUT OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE. GREEK PM DECIDES TO INCLUDE NEO-NAZI TO THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE DELEGATION.

The European Grassroots Antiracist Movement EGAM calls on the Greek authorities to respect their pledges and exclude the neo-Nazis from the Council of Europe.
Whereas the first session of the year of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will start this Monday in Strasbourg, today is the last day for Greece to send a list of its delegation without neo-Nazis in it.

This simple act would just be the implementation of the decision that Prime Minister Samaras officially announced in December. New Democracy then adopted the same position as the one formerly adopted by the parties Pasok, Democratic Left and Syriza.
Unfortunately, several elements seem to indicate that New Democracy has decided to act in the exact opposite way than the public pledge of Mr. Samaras last month, and to include the neo-Nazi Eleni Zaroulia in the Greek delegation to the Council of Europe.
False arguments are stated, the Constitution and a nonexistent law are evoked to explain this possible turnaround, which would be as total and brutal as unacceptable.
As a reminder : the President of the Parliament is the one who decides on the composition of the delegation, this is thus a political decision.
The renewed presence of neo-Nazis in the delegation to the Council of Europe would be a true insult to all the ones, Greek and foreigners, Nobel Prize and citizens, who have gotten mobilized against neo-Nazism in Greece.
This would mean a support to neo-Nazism, against which the Coucil of Europe was built, and would send a signal of permissivity in Europe to all the racist political forces.
Last, this would allow the supporters of the dictatorship of the Colonels to enter an institution which allowed to fight the dictatorship and to settle back democracy in Greece.
Therefore, we ask Mr. Samaras to respect the democratic pledege he made and announced in December, and to have establised and announced today a list of the delegation without any neo-Nazis in it.

Αφού έχουμε “χάσει” τους πραγματικούς υπολογιστές και το αυθεντικό CD, μπορούμε εύκολα και γρηγορα να ρίξουμε την ευθύνη στον αείμνηστο Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου, αθωώνοντας Παπακωνσταντίνου και Παπανδρέου junior. Δείτε πως.

Οδηγίες προς ναυτιλλομένους.
-Παίρνουμε από το μοναστηράκι ένα pc αρχαίο
-Κατεβάζουμε μια έκδοση linux από internet cafe και μάλιστα από torrent
-(αδιαφορούμε για το md5 του αρχείου)
-Τρέχουμε από live cd το linux, αφού πρώτα έχουμε αλλάξει ημερομηνία στην bios και έχουμε βάλει 1-1-1981 !
-Δεξί κλικ στο “υπολογιστής μου” και ονομάζουμε τον υπολογιστή “Ανδρέας Παπανδρέου”
-Γράφουμε στο “στικάκιον” τα αρχεία που θέλουμε, επί παραδείγματι σκηνές από την αλλαγή του χρόνου 2012 προς 2013 (με τον Καμίνη νακαθυστερεί ….)

Αποτέλεσμα ; Έχουμε ένα στικάκιον με σκηνές από την αλλαγή χρονιάς και τον Δήμαρχο. Κατά άλλη ανάγνωση ο τότε “πολιτικός” Ανδρέας Παπανδρέου … γνώριζε την αλλαγή του χρόνου προ ολίγων ημερών.
