Ο

Οταν ρωτούσαν τον Γκέμπελς για την εξολόθρευση των Εβραίων, απαντούσε:
«Αδύνατον, αν συνέβαινε κάτι τέτοιο θα το γνώριζα»!
Επομένως τίποτα το πρωτότυπο από τα ναζιστικά αποβράσματα της Χρυσής Αυγής, που ως απόγονοι των ταγματασφαλιτών, ως επίγονοι του φασίστα Μεταξά και ως υπερασπιστές της χούντας των συνταγματαρχών, ισχυρίζονται πως δεν υπήρξαν νεκροί στο Πολυτεχνείο και πως οι νεκροί του Πολυτεχνείου είναι «μύθος».
Προφανώς «η Γη γυρίζει»...
Αλλά αυτό το «προφανές» κάποιες φορές δεν αρκεί. Υπάρχουν ιστορικές στιγμές που πρέπει να επαναβεβαιώνεται ακόμα και το αυτονόητο. Οτι δηλαδή «η Γη γυρίζει». Μια τέτοια στιγμή είναι όταν ο φασισμός επιδιώκει να φυλακίσει τη «Γη», την Ιστορία και το μυαλό των ανθρώπων στο βάλτο του.
Δεν θα αναφερθούμε στους 88 εκ των δολοφονημένων από τη χούντα που μνημονεύονται στην επέτειο του Πολυτεχνείου. Ούτε σε προσωπικές μαρτυρίες (πλην αυτής που αφορά στον δολοφόνο Ντερτιλή). Ούτε στους (πιστοποιημένα) 1.103 τραυματίες των γεγονότων του Πολυτεχνείου.
..Θα σταθούμε μόνο στο κομμάτι της ιστορικής έρευνας του «Εθνικού Ιδρύματος Ερευνών» με τίτλο «Τεκμηριώνοντας τα γεγονότα του Νοεμβρίου 1973» που αφορά στους νεκρούς του Πολυτεχνείου κατά τη διάρκεια της εξέγερσης και αμέσως μετά την καταστολή της.
Σύμφωνα με τα τεκμήρια, από τη χούντα κατά την εξέγερση του Πολυτεχνείου δολοφονήθηκαν δεκάδες άνθρωποι. Να μερικές χαρακτηριστικές περιπτώσεις:

1. Διομήδης Κομνηνός του Ιωάννη, 17 ετών, μαθητής, κάτοικος Λευκάδος 7, Αθήνα. Στις 16/11/1973, μεταξύ 21.30 και 21.45, στη διασταύρωση των οδών Αβέρωφ και Μάρνη τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στην καρδιά από πυρά της φρουράς του υπουργείου Δημοσίας Τάξεως. Μεταφέρθηκε νεκρός στο «Ρυθμιστικό Κέντρο Αθηνών».
2. Toril Margrethe Engeland του Per Reidar, 22 ετών, φοιτήτρια από το Molde της Νορβηγίας. Στις 16/11/1973, γύρω στις 23.30, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στο στήθος από πυρά της φρουράς του υπουργείου Δημοσίας Τάξεως. Μεταφέρθηκε από διαδηλωτές στο ξενοδοχείο «Ακροπόλ» και αργότερα, νεκρή ήδη, στο Σταθμό Πρώτων Βοηθειών του ΙΚΑ.
3. Βασίλειος Φάμελλος του Παναγιώτη, 26 ετών, ιδιωτικός υπάλληλος, από τον Πύργο Ηλείας, κάτοικος Κάσου 1, Κυψέλη, Αθήνα. Στις 16/11/1973, γύρω στις 23.30, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στο κεφάλι από πυρά της φρουράς του υπουργείου Δημοσίας Τάξεως. Μεταφέρθηκε νεκρός στο «Ρυθμιστικό Κέντρο Αθηνών».
4. Γεώργιος Σαμούρης του Ανδρέα, 22 ετών, φοιτητής Παντείου, από την Πάτρα, κάτοικος πλατείας Κουντουριώτου 7, Κουκάκι. Στις 16.11.1973 γύρω στις 24.00, ενώ βρισκόταν στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Πολυτεχνείου (Καλλιδρομίου και Ζωσιμάδων), τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στον τράχηλο από πυρά της αστυνομίας. Μεταφέρθηκε νεκρός στο Σταθμό Πρώτων Βοηθειών του ΙΚΑ.
5. Δημήτριος Κυριακόπουλος του Αντωνίου, 35 ετών, οικοδόμος, από τα Καλάβρυτα, κάτοικος Περιστερίου Αττικής. Κατά τις βραδινές ώρες της 16/11/1973, ενώ βρισκόταν στην περιοχή του Πολυτεχνείου, χτυπήθηκε από αστυνομικούς με συμπαγείς ράβδους, συνεπεία των οποίων πέθανε, από οξεία ρήξη αορτής, ενώ μεταφερόταν στο Σταθμό Πρώτων Βοηθειών του Ερυθρού Σταυρού.
6. Σπύρος Μαρίνος του Διονυσίου, 31 ετών, ιδιωτικός υπάλληλος, από την Εξωχώρα Ζακύνθου. Στις 16/11/1973, ενώ βρισκόταν στην περιοχή του Πολυτεχνείου, κτυπήθηκε από αστυνομικούς με συμπαγείς ράβδους και υπέστη κρανιοεγκεφαλικές κακώσεις. Μεταφέρθηκε στο Θεραπευτήριο Πεντέλης, όπου πέθανε τη Δευτέρα 19/11/1973, από οξύ αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο.
7. Νικόλαος Μαρκούλης του Πέτρου, 24 ετών, εργάτης, από το Παρθένι Θεσσαλονίκης, κάτοικος Χρηστομάνου 67, Σεπόλια, Αθήνα, εργάτης. Στις 17/11/1973, στην πλατεία Βάθης, τραυματίστηκε στην κοιλιά από ριπή στρατιωτικής περιπόλου. Μεταφέρθηκε στο «Ρυθμιστικό Κέντρο Αθηνών», όπου πέθανε τη Δευτέρα 19/11/1973.
8. Στυλιανός Καραγεώργης του Αγαμέμνονος, 19 ετών, οικοδόμος, κάτοικος Μιαούλη 38, Νέο Ηράκλειο Αττικής. Στις 10.15 το πρωί της 17/11/1973, ενώ βρισκόταν μαζί με άλλους διαδηλωτές στην οδό Πατησίων, μεταξύ των κινηματογράφων «ΑΕΛΩ» και «ΕΛΛΗΝΙΣ», τραυματίστηκε από ριπή πολυβόλου που έριξε εναντίον τους περίπολος πεζοναυτών που επέβαινε τεθωρακισμένου οχήματος. Μεταφέρθηκε στο ΚΑΤ, όπου εξέπνευσε στις 30/11/1973.
9. Μάρκος Καραμανής του Δημητρίου, 23 ετών, ηλεκτρολόγος, από τον Πειραιά, κάτοικος Χίου 35, Αιγάλεω. Στις 17/11/1973, επί της πλατείας Αιγύπτου, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στο κεφάλι από πυρά της στρατιωτικής φρουράς που ενέδρευε στην ταράτσα του ΟΤΕ. Στην κλινική «Παντάνασσα» (πλατεία Βικτορίας) διαπιστώθηκε ο θάνατός του.
10. Αλέξανδρος Σπαρτίδης του Ευστρατίου, 16 ετών, μαθητής, από τον Πειραιά, κάτοικος Αγίας Λαύρας 80, Αθήνα. Στις 10.30 με 11.00 περίπου το πρωί της 17/11/1973, ενώ βάδιζε στη διασταύρωση των οδών Πατησίων και Κότσικα, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στην κοιλιά από πυρά της στρατιωτικής φρουράς που ενέδρευε στην ταράτσα του ΟΤΕ. Με διαμπερές τραύμα μεταφέρθηκε στο Κ.Α.Τ., όπου τον βρήκε νεκρό ο πατέρας του.
11. Αλέξανδρος - Βασίλειος (Μπασρί) Καράκας, 43 ετών, Αφγανός τουρκικής υπηκοότητας, κάτοικος Μύρων 10, Αγιος Παντελεήμονας, Αθήνα. Στις 13.00, της 17/11/1973, ενώ βάδιζε με τον 13χρονο γιο του στη διασταύρωση των οδών Χέιδεν και Αχαρνών, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στην κοιλιά από ριπή μυδραλίου τεθωρακισμένου στρατιωτικού οχήματος. Μεταφέρθηκε απευθείας στο νεκροτομείο, όπου πιστοποιήθηκε ο θάνατος του.
12. Ανδρέας Κούμπος του Στέργιου, 63 ετών, βιοτέχνης, από την Καρδίτσα, κάτοικος Αμαλιάδος 12, Κολωνός. Γύρω στις 11.00 με 12.00 της 18/11/1973, στη διασταύρωση των οδών Γ' Σεπτεμβρίου και Καποδιστρίου, τραυματίστηκε στη λεκάνη από πυρά μυδραλίου τεθωρακισμένου στρατιωτικού οχήματος. Εξέπνευσε στο ΚΑΤ στις 30/1/1974.
13. Μιχαήλ Μυρογιάννης του Δημητρίου, 20 ετών, ηλεκτρολόγος, από τη Μυτιλήνη, κάτοικος Ασημάκη Φωτήλα 8, Αθήνα. Στις 12.00 το μεσημέρι της 18/11/1973, στη διασταύρωση των οδών Πατησίων και Στουρνάρη, τραυματίστηκε θανάσιμα στο κεφάλι από πυρά περιστρόφου αξιωματικού του Στρατού (αυτουργός ο συνταγματάρχης Νικόλαος Ντερτιλής). Μεταφέρθηκε στο Σταθμό Πρώτων Βοηθειών του Ε.Ε.Σ. σε κωματώδη κατάσταση και κατόπιν στο «Ρυθμιστικό Κέντρο Αθηνών», όπου πέθανε αυθημερόν.

Ο κατάλογος που προηγήθηκε είναι ενδεικτικός. Περιλαμβάνει κι άλλους. Πολλούς. Αρκετοί από αυτούς δολοφονημένοι και στην ευρύτερη, πέραν του Πολυτεχνείου, περιοχή της Αθήνας, από τις δυνάμεις καταστολής που είχε εξαπολύσει η χούντα.
Τέτοιες ήταν, για παράδειγμα, οι δολοφονίες του Κυριάκου Παντελεάκη, εκτελεσμένου στις 18/11/1973 από πυρά άρματος μάχης στην Πατησίων, του Ευστάθιου Κολινιάτη που κτυπήθηκε στις 18/11/1973 από αστυνομικούς, των θυμάτων της αστυνομίας Σπυρίδωνα Κοντομάρη (πρώην βουλευτής Κερκύρας), Σωκράτη Μιχαήλ που τον χτύπησαν στην οδό Μπουμπουλίνας στις 16/11/1973, του Δημήτριου Παπαϊωάννου, του Δημήτρη Θεοδώρα που γαζώθηκε στις 17/11/1973 από πυρά στρατιωτικής περιπόλου, του Αλέξανδρου Παπαθανασίου που εκτελέστηκε από τα πυρά των αστυνομικών του ΙΣΤ' Αστυνομικού Τμήματος Αθήνας...
Τα θρασίμια του ναζισμού λένε:
«Αυτοί δεν είναι νεκροί του Πολυτεχνείου. Αυτοί ήταν "έξω" από το Πολυτεχνείο»!
Είναι μάλιστα ικανοί να ισχυριστούν ότι οι «έξω» από το Πολυτεχνείο δεν δολοφονήθηκαν από τη χούντα στο πλαίσιο της καταστολής της εξέγερσης του Πολυτεχνείου, αλλά ότι «σκόνταψαν και χτύπησαν μόνοι τους»...
Να, όμως ένα παράδειγμα, για το τι έγινε με τους «έξω» από το Πολυτεχνείο:
To μεσημέρι της 18ης Νοέμβρη 1973, ο ταγματάρχης Ντερτιλής βρίσκεται με το υπηρεσιακό τζιπ έξω από την κατεστραμμένη πύλη του Πολυτεχνείου. Απέναντι, Πατησίων και Στουρνάρη, οι αστυφύλακες χτυπούν ένα νεαρό, που προς στιγμήν τους ξεφεύγει. Ο Ντερτιλής βγάζει από το μπουφάν το περίστροφο και πυροβολεί.
«Ο νεαρός έπεσε σαν κοτόπουλο», περιγράφει στην κατάθεσή του ένα χρόνο αργότερα ο οδηγός του Ντερτιλή - ο 21 ετών τότε Αντώνης Αγριτέλης - και συνεχίζει:
«Μετά το φόνο ο Ντερτιλής σαν να μη συνέβαινε τίποτα μπήκε στο τζιπ και χτυπώντας με στην πλάτη μου είπε: "Με παραδέχεσαι, ρε; Σαράντα πέντε χρονών άνθρωπος και με τη μία στο κεφάλι!"»...Αυτός είναι ο «μύθος» των νεκρών του Πολυτεχνείου. Αυτή ήταν η χούντα των «Ντερτιλήδων». Αυτά είναι και τα ναζιστοειδή της Χρυσής Αυγής που την εκπροσωπούν σήμερα.

Και εγώ μπορώ να πω ότι γαμάω την Ορνέλα Μούτι, ποιος θα με απαγορεύσει. Το θέμα είναι ποιος θα με πιστέψει"! Με αυτά τα λόγια απάντησε ο Α. Σκευοφύλαξ, ο οδηγός του τανκ που εισέβαλε το 1973 στο Πολυτεχνείο, σε όσα υποστήριξε ο πρόεδρος της Χρυσής Αυγής κ. Νίκος Μιχαλολιάκος για το "παραμύθι" του Πολυτεχνείου που καλά κρατά. Ο χειριστής του τανκ που γκρέμισε την πύλη του Πολυτεχνείου απαντά σε όσα υποστήριξε ο κ. Μιχαλολιάκος στη συνέντευξη του στον Alpha. "Δεν τα γνωρίζει καλά τα γεγονότα ο κ. Μιχαλολιάκος. Ο Μιχάλης Γουνελάς δεν ήταν ο χειριστής του τανκ, εγώ ήμουν. Ο Γουνελάς ως αξιωματικός, ήταν ο επικεφαλής του άρματος. Μην μπερδεύουμε τα πρόσωπα και τα γεγονότα". Ζητούμε τη γνώμη του κ. Σκευοφύλακα για όσα ισχυρίστηκε ο κ. Μιχαλολιάκος για τα γεγονότα του Πολυτεχνείου, για τον  "κυρίαρχο μύθο της μεταπολιτευτικής προπαγάνδας", όπως είπε, "για ένα τανκ που έριξε την πύλη και πλάκωσε κάποιους ανθρώπους". "Δεν ξέρω τι εννοεί.. Κανείς δεν είπε ότι το τανκ σκότωσε φοιτητές του Πολυτεχνείου. Δεν θα ξεχάσω όμως ποτέ ότι δίχως να το θέλω -ενώ πρόσεχα πάρα πολύ-, τραυμάτισα σοβαρά την τότε φοιτήτρια Πέπη Ρηγοπούλου, η οποία αν δεν κάνω λάθος είναι σήμερα καθηγήτρια Πανεπιστημίου. Δεν ξέρω τι σκέπτεται ο κ. Μιχαλολιάκος. Εγώ πάντως δεν θα το ξεχάσω ποτέ. Αυτές οι πράξεις, αυτά τα γεγονότα δεν σβήνουν όσα χρόνια κι αν περάσουν".  Ο κ. Σκευοφύλαξ αναφέρθηκε στην τοποθέτηση του προέδρου της Χρυσής Αυγής ότι δεν υπήρξαν θύματα μέσα στο Πολυτεχνείο. "Όπως σας είπα και εγώ στη συνέντευξη που σας έδωσα το 2003, μέσα στο Πολυτεχνείο δεν είδα θύματα. Τι αλλάζει όμως. Τι σημασία έχει αν τα θύματα ήταν μέσα στο Πολυτεχνείο ή στους γύρω δρόμους"!    Όπως προσθέτει ο οδηγός του τανκ του Πολυτεχνείου, "αυτό που ξέρω εγώ και έζησα είναι ότι αν δεν ανοίγαμε σειρά για να φυγαδεύσουμε τους φοιτητές από τους αστυνομικούς, θα είχαμε πολλά θύματα. Κι αυτό δεν είναι μύθος"! Ζητούμε τη γνώμη του για την Χρυσή Αυγή. "Δεν ξέρω εγώ από αυτά τα πράγματα. Αυτοί είναι Χιτλερικοί. Δικαίωμα τους είναι. Εγώ ούτε τότε ούτε ποτέ δεν υπήρξα Χιτλερικός. Ο καθένας αναλαμβάνει τις ευθύνες του για αυτό που είναι. Εγώ τις δικές μου τις κουβαλάω στην καμπούρα μου για όλη μου τη ζωή, κι αυτό δεν αλλάζει ό,τι και να γίνει".

While the US Supreme Court and many European courts had ruled that is illegal from a  killer, or a mass murderer, to derive income, revenues, profits, or royalties the exploitation of the criminal activities, suffering, abuse, torture, and death of his victims. 

In this case German army photographers (soldiers) forced  Jewish inmates against their will to get photographed before transported to "concentration" (read DEATH) camps like Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland.

I dedicate this blogpost to the heroes and martyrs of Shoah (Holocaust).

Greek Jews are forced to perform "exercises" , so the Nazis, and their local neofasiscts collaborators can decide on their physical   fitness and capabilities.  Kept without food and water under the hot sun of July 1942 many hours  in Liberty Square,  they were later  transported with cattle trains to termination camps. In 2012, almost seventy years later, the Germans are attempting to dismember Greece financially, after  their successful operation of tearing apart with a military campaign the mighty power of the Balkans: Yugoslavia.

The Nazi SS, and their death squads, Waffen SS, were judged a criminal organization by the Nuremberg Tribunal (November 20, 1945 to October 1, 1946). According to the U.S. Holocaust Museum a total of 405.222 prisoners were registered at the camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau alone, but those who were sent directly to the gas chambers upon arrival were never registered. Over 6.000.000 European Jews perished through the Holocaust (from January 30, 1933, when Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, to May 8, 1945). Out of the 54.000 Salonica Jews that were deported to the extermination camps, only 1.950 survived.

The film's epicenter is the cold-blooded execution of 15 year-old student Alexander Gregoropoulos by two policemen in a downtown Athens café on December 6, 2008. "December Riots," a film about the Gregoropoulos killing, an incident that sparked riots in over seventy cities and twenty-two countries aound the world including the US, is produced, and directed by Greek-born Dimitri Vorris. KROQ'S BEAN, IN AN AMAZING ACT OF KINDNESS, TO DONATE HIS KIDNEY TO A LONGTIME STATION EMPLOYEE

If you've ever listened to KROQ's "Kevin & Bean" show you know that the duo indulge regularly in good-natured ribbing and humorous morning-shift banter, but today one half of the longtime radio twosome revealed something serious: he's about to surrender one half of an internal organ that comes in a pair. Bean is donating a kidney to longtime station employee Scott Mason.

Bean (real name: Gene Baxter) posted to the KROQ site this morning about the upcoming surgery. He describes how dire the situation is for Mason, who has held several posts at the station over several years, including DJ, programmer, and, recently, head of engineering:

Scott has had medical issues for much of his adult life, including his kidneys failing, and that led him to have a transplant from a cadaver back in 1999. Well, now that one has failed too and Scott is back on dialysis for many hours a week. The kidney processes waste out of the blood and without one your body is being poisoned all the time. The dialysis helps but is a temporary solution. You only get off the machine if you get a new kidney or you die.

The morning show host got a sense of how ill Mason was when he saw him in the spring; Bean lives in the Seattle area and does the show from a home studio, and Mason makes an annual trip to do equipment maintenance and upgrades.

"[Mason] explained his situation and that he was about six years out on the waiting list for a new kidney," writes Bean, adding: "That was inconceivable to me, to imagine that all over America there are people like Scott, who are very sick and might die, waiting for organs at the same time that literally of thousands of them are being buried every year."

So later this month, Bean will be checking in to Cedars-Sinai to be a live kidney donor. He says the choice for him was "a no-brainer," and explains that he expects a bit of discomfort but minimal disruption to his life.

Bean discusses how things will work for him--and Mason--with their newly distributed kidneys:

One of the things I’ve learned is that we have two kidneys and when one is removed the other one steps up and works harder so that instead of the expected 50% remaining function I should have about 80%. Scott will go from nearly 0% to that same 80% and that will improve his quality of life dramatically.

He also hopes what he's doing in the public sphere will inspire others to give--from blood to bone marrow to organs.

SANDY, AMIDST HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY, BROUGHT DEATH AND DESPAIR IN NEW YORK. HERE SOME WAYS TO HELP YOUR NEIGHBORS...

NYCService urges would-be volunteers to email nycservice@cityhall.nyc.gov with their name, email address and borough.  New York City Mayor Michael Bloombergdescribed @NYCService in a tweet as the “best way” to help.  He also said financial contributions could be made to the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City.

NYC Service and the Mayor’s Fund are among several programs retooled for the storm, or created to help harness an outpouring of concern, energy and money for victims. New York City public advocate Bill de Blasio has his own volunteer program, hosted on his website. His staff is collecting information on volunteers through aGoogle form. By Tuesday, 700 volunteers had already stepped. “The need is considerable and is going to grow,” said Mr. de Blasio’s press secretary, Wiley Norvell. In the early days of the storm, the program sent emails to would-be volunteers asking for help with door-to-door wellness checks in specific buildings.

Volunteers in New Jersey are being coordinated through an emergency response hotline, 1-800-JERSEY-7 (1-800-537-7397). Alternate numbers, for when the hotline isn’t staffed, include 609-775-5236 and 908-303-0471 or emails can be sent to Rowena.Madden@sos.state.nj.us.

For those who want to send other kinds of help, the American Red Cross collects funds and coordinates blood donations. The organization sheltered more than 3,000 people across nine states during the worst of the storm.  You can donate $10 by phone by texting the word REDCROSS to 90999.

The United Way has created a regional fund for communities hit by Sandy. They’re asking for donations at uwsandyrecovery.org.  Donors can also give $10 by texting RECOVERY to 52000.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) takes donations to rescue and shelter animals affected by the storm. Immediately after the storm nearly 240 animals were staying with their owners in pet-friendly Red Cross shelters in New York City, according to spokesperson Emily Schneider. That number was closer to 400 at its peak. The group delivered supplies to a Lower East Side senior center without power, where a lot of residents have pets and stopped at an evacuation center in Jamaica, Queens to provide free wellness checks for animals sheltered with their owners.  A water rescue effort is planned for Friday afternoon for animals abandoned in Ocean City, NJ and the group is shifting focus to hard-hit Staten Island.

Neighborhood-by-neighborhood “how to help” efforts are being compiled by WNYC, the public radio station in New York City.

The Huffington Post is also collecting volunteer resources in real time.

NYNatives.com talked to residents ofC- Squat on the Lower East Side Thursday and learned they’ve been biking their way to a dry environment using none other than the OccupyWall Street bicycle generators. Water, water everywhere. New York City’s Lower East Side is bailing itself out after flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy engulfed the neighborhood earlier this week. Here’s an excerpt from the full story:

“The residents of C-Squat have set up 2 grills, are receiving food donations and are essentially feeding the neighborhood. After pumping out there own basement and rescuing the Occupy Wall Street bikes, the residents pumped out the water from the bar next door and the deli on the corner. As one C-Squat resident exclaimed: “”It’s like a block party!”"

According to The Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space (MoRUS), these same bikes were used to give power to the protestors in Occupy Wall Street last year.

“In a press release as of November 1, MoRUS shared “The Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space (MoRUS) is using one of its exhibits to provide the community with free cell phone charging. Working with environmental group Times Up, MoRUS has set up Occupy Wall Street bike generators on Avenue C between 9th and 10th Street. For the past two days, volunteer riders have been pedaling as crowds of people gather to charge up their cell phones. For many people, this has been the first time they’ve been able to contact loved ones after Hurricane Sandy hit earlier this week. Meanwhile, C-Squat, the squat which houses MoRUS, has set up a street-side barbecue. They have been accepting donations and providing the community with free food.”
