Tα ονόματα των Ελλήνων παιδόφιλων

Μια γιγαντιαία επιχείρηση της Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος, με την κωδική ονομασία«Trojan Horse» (Δούρειος Ίππος), για την καταπολέμηση του φαινομένου της παιδικής πορνογραφίας μέσω διαδικτύου διάρκειας έξι ημερών, πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Αθήνα, Θεσσαλονίκη, Ξάνθη, Γιαννιτσά, Ρόδο και Κρήτη.
Συνελήφθησαν με κακουργηματικές κατηγορίες, δεκατρία άτομα, ενώ σχηματίσθηκαν δικογραφίες σε βάρος τριών ακόμη ατόμων. Ανάμεσα στους συλληφθέντες ξεχωρίζει η περίπτωση ενός 35χρονου ΕΚΑΜίτη, μιας ολόκληρης οικογένειας που ζούσαν από την διακίνηση υλικού παιδικής πορνογραφίας και ενός Τούρκος, τον οποίο είχε υιοθετήσει επιχειρηματίας της Κηφισιάς.
Πραγματοποιήθηκε μεγάλος αριθμός ερευνών και κατασχέθηκε πλήθος αρχείων «σκληρού» παιδικού πορνογραφικού υλικού.

Με Εισαγγελικές Διατάξεις δίνονται στη δημοσιότητα τα στοιχεία ταυτότητας και οι ποινικές διώξεις που ασκήθηκαν σε βάρος πέντε εκ των συλληφθέντων.

Πρόκειται για τους:

• Μπαλτά Νικόλαο του Δημητρίου και της Μαρίας, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1977, στην Αθήνα, κάτοικο Αττικής,
• Οικονόμου Παντελή του Γεωργίου και της Φεβρωνίας, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1956 στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, κάτοικο Αττικής,
• Οικονόμου Γεώργιο του Παντελή και της Ευαγγελίας, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1988 στο Μαρούσι Αττικής, κάτοικο Αττικής,
• Οικονόμου Ευστάθιο – Ιωάννη του Παντελή και της Ευαγγελίας, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1991 στο Μαρούσι Αττικής, κάτοικο Αττικής
• OZ ADNAN του HASAN και της HALIME , ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1967 στην Τουρκία, κάτοικο Αττικής.

 Ειδικότερα, στο πλαίσιο διαδικτυακής έρευνας, που διήρκησε δύο μήνες, εξειδικευμένα στελέχη της Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος διαπίστωσαν ότι χρήστες του διαδικτύου, εντός της ελληνικής επικράτειας, χρησιμοποιώντας είκοσι οκτώ διαφορετικές IP διευθύνσεις, ημεδαπών εταιρειών παροχής υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου, κατείχαν και είχαν πρόσφορα για διαμοιρασμό, χιλιάδες αρχεία (εικόνες και βίντεο) που περιείχαν σκληρό υλικό παιδικής πορνογραφίας. 
Από τις έρευνες που διενεργήθηκαν στις οικίες των συλληφθέντων και των κατηγορουμένων, παρουσία Δικαστικών Λειτουργών, βρέθηκαν και κατασχέθηκαν ένας δρομολογητής (router), πενήντα δύο σκληροί δίσκοι Η/Υ , οχτώ φορητοί Η/Υ και εκατόν εβδομήντα δύο ψηφιακοί δίσκοι (cd, dvd), που περιείχαν 500.000 ψηφιακά αρχεία περίπου, με ιδιαίτερα «σκληρό» υλικό παιδικής πορνογραφίας, συνολικού μεγέθους 48.000 GB περίπου. 
Επιπλέον, για δύο από τους συλληφθέντες οι δικογραφίες περιλαμβάνουν και το αδίκημα των ναρκωτικών, καθώς στην κατοχή του ενός βρέθηκαν εννέα αυτοσχέδιες νάιλον συσκευασίες ακατέργαστης ινδικής κάνναβης , βάρους 72,7 γρ., ενώ στην κατοχή του άλλου βρέθηκαν 8,9gr ινδική κάνναβη, ένα μεταλλικό κουτί εντός του οποίου υπήρχαν 6,7gr σπόρια προφανώς ινδικής κάνναβης, μια μεταλλική συσκευή για τρίψιμο ινδικής κάνναβης καθώς και μία ηλεκτρονική ζυγαριά ακριβείας. 
Τα κατασχεθέντα ψηφιακά μέσα θα αποσταλούν στη Διεύθυνση Εγκληματολογικών Ερευνών, για εργαστηριακές εξετάσεις, ενώ οι κατασχεθείσες ναρκωτικές ουσίες, θα αποσταλούν στο Γενικό Χημείο του Κράτους, για εξετάσεις. Οι συλληφθέντες, οδηγήθηκαν στις κατά τόπους Εισαγγελικές Αρχές, ενώ οι δικογραφίες που σχηματίστηκαν αυτοτελώς, υποβλήθηκαν αρμοδίως.

Εξασφαλίζεται η ανωνυμία και το απόρρητο της επικοινωνίας.

Η Εισαγγελέας Πρωτοδικών Ελένη Ράικου έδωσε εντολή να ενεργοποιηθεί η διάταξη νόμου που προβλέπει τη δημοσιοποίηση ονομάτων κατηγορουμένων για εγκλήματα σε βάρος ανηλίκων. 

Έτσι δόθηκαν στη δημοσιότητα μερικά από τα ονόματα των συλληφθέντων. Από τους συλληφθέντες, ο αρχιμανδρίτης ονομάζεται Φώτης Μακρυστάθης. Λειτουργεί στην εκκλησία Αγίου Δημητρίου Σπάρτης και διαμένει στον Πειραιά. Σύμφωνα με δημοσιογραφικές πληροφορίες, στην κατοχή του βρέθηκε το σκληρότερο υλικό.
Η επιχείρηση εντοπισμού των υπόπτων είχε την κωδική ονομασία Μyοsis και κράτησε 3 μήνες. Ξεκίνησε από σήμα της Ιντερπόλ, αφού είχαν εντοπιστεί από την Αστυνομία του Λονδίνου περισσότερες από 200 ιστοσελίδες που διακινούσαν υλικό σεξουαλικής κακοποίησης παιδιών. Ορισμένοι από τους παρόχους και χρήστες του υλικού ήταν οι Έλληνες που συνελήφθησαν μετά από ενέργειες της Υπηρεσίας για την καταπολέμηση του ηλεκτρονικού εγκλήματος.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, το υλικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα σκληρό. Κόστιζε περίπου 80$ και οι κατηγορούμενοι το αγόραζαν με πιστωτικές κάρτες.

Finos then points out that Brian and Bruce shared a love of technology. They designed their own computers, "so when the technological revolution arrived we were ready," De Palma told Finos. "Passion" is a remake of "Crime d'amour", a film by Alain Corneau 2010.
"I liked the complex and dark relationship Corneau created between the two women. It’s a good basis for developing a story more complicated and mysterious than the original, in which we discover immediately who killed whom. The pleasure of a thriller is to put together a system full of tricks and reveal them only at the end. " 

So it will be a full revisioning.
"Yes. Beyond the sexual tension that was mentioned, my film goes well beyond. Initially I was looking for a mature, sophisticated actress similar to the manager in the original film. But Noomi Rapace won me over with her charisma. Rachel McAdams had read the script and arrived with Noomi. They had met on the set of "Sherlock Holmes" and have developed a strong relationship, which I used in the film. That way they play against each other, sexy and dangerous at the same time."

Five years ago, you brought to “Redacted” to Venice, instant-film on the war in Iraq. Now you return to the thriller.
"It’s been years since I did this kind of movie. I found this material and I started to see the images of the story: an exciting adventure. For the music I called Pino Donaggio, who's been with me on so many films, from "Dressed to Kill" to "Body Double." The thriller is a genre that allows me to stage my visions. In "Passion" there is a terrifying dream sequence: a ballet, "The Afternoon of a Faun" choreographed by Jerome Robbins, which fits perfectly in the film."

You are a regular at the Venice Film Festival.
"The public has always welcomed my films. I love Venice and I frequently attend as a guest of my friend Pino Donaggio."

With Scorsese, Lucas, and Spielberg, you founded the New Hollywood. Do you visit with them these days?

"We were friends in the seventies and eighties. We came a long way together. Every now and then we'll see each other. But each of us has our own world. We live in different places, do different things. I continued my research and I now have relationships with younger directors: Paul Thomas Anderson, Wes Anderson. I love and I attend this generation, living in Greenwich Village. We meet, we exchange scripts and advice."

Who is your heir? "Tarantino. He always does visually exciting things. I admire the visionary talents of Christopher Nolan. But apart from the blockbuster special effects, there are few films told in pictures. It is as if we are at the end of a way of storytelling".

When you were 30 you directed Orson Welles in "Get To Know Your Rabbit."
"Welles is a great example of what not to do in Hollywood. A master filmmaker who worked with me, for two weeks, because he needed money for his films. It is not easy to immediately make your masterpiece and spend the rest of your life trying to get back to that peak. At the time of "Citizen Kane" he was considered a money machine, but when he came out from the circle of Hollywood he suffered. He was a masterful director and an actor who could do everything. Fascinating storyteller."

You are also a director who divides and causes debate.
"I've always been an avant-garde auteur outside of the establishment. I remember a headline in the New York Times: "Here's another film by De Palma to argue about." The public knows that I do not pull back from uncomfortable subjects that are not politically correct, I'm not a member of the Academy. This means nothing to me. I know what's right and wrong when I film, the rest does not concern me."

Are a filmmaker’s films like children, all the same?

"Sometimes you do certain films because they are the only ones the business allows you. Sometimes you're in a low moment of your career and you have to accept the proposals. Sometimes you do films that are not exactly what you want. Sometimes great successes allow you to finance a film that is important to you that no one wants: thanks to "The Untouchables" there exists "Casualties of War". There are films ahead of their time, cut down and then re-evaluated. Others that I would like to have not made due to the circumstances or reactions. I’ve made so many different films. Not all I like, but I love them all."

Προσωπικά οι απόψεις που εκφράζονται στο forum του ΙΝDYMEDIA, τις λίγες φορές που το έχω επισκεφτεί διαδικτυακά, δεν με βρίσκουν καθόλου σύμφωνο. Είναι το ΙΝDYMEDIA όμως το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα της σύγχρονης μνημονιακής Ελλάδας; Οι κύριοι αυτοί που εξελέγησαν χάρη στον “καλπονοθευτικό” εκλογικό νόμο ΟΥΔΕΠΟΤΕ διαμαρτυρήθηκαν:

1. Για την άνοδο του παράνομου νεοναζιστικού κόμματος των ...κλούβιων αυγών της ΧΡΥΣΗΣ ΑΥΓΗΣ στην εξουσία. Και πως να το κάνουν άραγε αφού υπάρχει αγαστή συνεργασία και σύμπνοια μεταξύ τους.
2. Tην αδυναμία των Ελλήνων και Ελληνίδων, συνταξιούχων και μη, να αγοράσουν φάρμακα που οφείλουν να πληρώνουν τοις μετρητοίς, στο 100% της ληστρικής υπερτιμολόγησης τους, κάτι που δεν γίνεται σε καμμία άλλη χώρα της Ευρώπης και της Βόρειας Αμερικής.
3. Την εξαθλίωση του πληθυσμού που δεν μπορεί να αγοράσει τρόφιμα και ρούχα για τη διαβίωση του.
4. Την υπερπροβολή της τηλεοπτικής τουρκικής προπαγάνδας με τα τούρκικα σήριαλ, που “επιδοτούνται” αδρά, μέσα από τούς τηλεοπτικούς σταθμούς, που λειτουργούν χωρίς άδεια, αλλά προβάλλουν συγκεκριμένους βουλευτές σε καθημερινή βάση.
5. Τους 4.000.000 ΄Ελληνες του εξωτερικού που δεν μπόρεσαν να ψηφίσουν στις δυο πρόσφατες εκλογικές αναμετρήσεις, μολονότι υπήρχαν εκλογικοί κατάλογοι από τις Ευρωεκλογές στις κατά τόπους πρεσβείες και προξενεία.
6. Τον εξανδραποδισμό της νέας γενιάς και την ...πώληση της στο εξωτερικό ως μετανάστες.
7. Το “κλείσιμο” του μεγάλου οικονομικού σκανδάλου της SIEMENS χωρίς καμμία συνέπεια για τους δωροδοκηθέντες πολιτικούς.
   Και αμέτρητα άλλα που θα γέμιζαν χιλιάδες σελίδες.

Να σιγήσει το ΙΝDYMEDIA, το PREZATV, και οποιοσδήποτε άλλος τολμά να “φιλοξενήσει” άλλες απόψεις, ή να αρθρώσει ένα διαφορετικό λόγο, ώστε να διευκολυνθεί και να υλοποιηθεί απρόσκοπτα το πραγματικό έργο τους: O διαμελισμός, ο κατατεμαχισμός, και η μεταπώληση, σε τιμή ευκαιρίας, με την ανάλογη προμήθεια βεβαίως, των “φιλέτων” της Ελλάδας που άρχισε από τις 17 Ιουνίου.

REMEMBERING TONY SCOTT THROUGH THE IMAGES OF "THE HUNGER" (1983)

...Ι was a young kid when I persuaded a relative of mine who just turned 18 to go together  (I couldn't enter by myself due to an age restriction to the movie theater) to Tony Scott's THE HUNGER, his first feature film,  a dark and glossy, and grossly under-rated film, that still maintained a level of sophistication and intelligence, in a downtown Athens movie theater. (Athens, Greece. Not Athens, Georgia).
 I loved the haunting images of Catherine Deneuve and David Bowie as a couple of vampires frequenting night clubs to find their next after hours...dinner... A lot of time passed by and I found the news of Tony Scott's suicide, jumping over the fence and falling off the bridge, a few days ago, shocking. So a couple of images from THE HUNGER is a more suitable farewell to Tony Scott for me then repeating the tiresome TOP GUN etc. mantra... Sometimes  the world seems full of uneducated used car salesmen posing as entertainment reporters and film critics.

HAMMER FILMS HISTORY IN 90 SECONDS

Clicking aimlessly through the internet trying to figure out where you can see The Pirates of Blood River or The Satanic Rites of Dracula? Of course you are. What else would you be doing? Fortunately for all of us, an answer has been found in the form of a Hammer Films YouTube channel.

The studio responsible for strapping vampire teeth to Christopher Lee in the 70s has had a vibrant resurgence, reforming after a three-decade break to produce films like Let Me In and The Woman In Black. Their success has opened the door for more horror and sci-fi, but it’s also encouraging to see them focus on some of their earlier cult hits. According to their press release, they’re making restored versions of The Quatermass Xperiment (1955), Man in Black (1949) and Captain Kronos – Vampire Hunter (1974) available with designs on more in the future. They have a massive catalogue to choose from, so hopefully we’ll see their very best publicly available on the video sharing site.

In addition to the older gems, they’ll be using the channel to promote upcoming projects like The Quiet Ones – a story about a physics professor getting a team together to make a poltergeist. The channel will act both as a home for streaming movies and for advertising material like trailers and interviews. It’ll probably act as a hypnotizing agent for some sort of diabolical plan to make a planet full of B-movie zombies. Can’t wait!

GREECE IN AUGUST: FIRES BURNING, WHITE TRASH AND TAX EVADERS CELEBRATING, NO HOPE IN SIGHT

18 PLUS 6 EQUALS 21, OR THE-NOT- SO- STRANGE CASE OF AHMED WAQAS

Ahmed Waqas is the  Pakistani illegal immigrant who sexually abused a teenage girl in the island of Paros in plain daylight. He also smashed her head with a 15 pounds rock to kill and silence her. After a massive effort he was caught in an apartment he was sharing with other illegal Pakistani immigrants. The victim remains comatose in ICU. Her condition is critical. In his Facebook page Waqas says that he finished high school in Pakistan, then paid 700.000 rupees (7, 300 USD approx.) to skin traders to help him cross the borders of Turkey and Greece. It took him seven months to reach Athens. He worked 4 years in Greece and 2 in Paros. That makes him at least 24, or 25  (18 +7 months+ 4+2). 
The Greek judge decided AHMED WAQAS was 21!!!!! and send him over to a juvenile correction. Ultimately he gave him a slap on the wrist. Juvenile correction facility or not, Ahmed Waqas days are numbered. So are the days of the corrupted system in Greece.
...And the leader of the self-called radical left party SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras, a runner up candidate for PM, refused to send a letter of support to the parents of the 15 year-old, or make a statement on the incident.
... Time to bring back the  death penalty for the Pakistani criminal and the other vultures that are sucking the blood of Greece.

GREEK OLYMPIC GAMES WINNERS

Judoka Ilias Iliadis was placed third and won a bronze at 90 kg. He was also in the top three of Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

In lightweight double sculls Alexandra Tsiavou and Christina Giazitzidou were also placed third with a bronze medal in their category. Congrats to all!

REMEMBERING SERGIO LEONE "THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY"

The last movie of the Dollars trilogy is a bit different then the previous ones. First of all, the title doesn't mention anything about dollars (I'm sure you didn't need to read this page to figure this one out). 

Yet it is still considered part of the series due to the appearance of Clint Eastwood, and the similarity of story (all three concern the acquisition of large amounts of gold by The Man With No Name playing two sides against each other). 

Secondly, the budget is considerably larger, and therefore, for the first time, there are huge sets with many people in them.

This movie is the most famous of all of Leone's work, largely because of the incredible Ennio Morricone score featuring the modulated screaming in the main theme that is the most instantly recognizable western theme of all time. There are only a few pieces of film scores that have risen beyond the films they are associated with to become part of our culture (the stabbing music in Psycho, for example), and this is one of a very select group. Morricone's theme was the attempt to recreate a hyena's cry, and while most people don't recognize a hyena, the pure energy and aggressiveness of the scream is a powerful motif in the film that Leone uses to good advantage, punctuating scenes with them throughout his film.

RIP: AUTHOR GORE VIDAL DEAD AT 86

Another one of the greats of the American  literature passed away a few hours ago.Playwright, essayist, political activist, screenwriter Gore Vidal, was the literati powerhouse  and the creative uber- mind of Myra Breckenridge,  The Best Man, Duluth, The City and The Pillar, A Visit to a Small Planet and many other favorites. Rest In Peace...(The on air fight of Wednesday, Aug. 28, 1968 with William F. Buckley shall have a sequel in heaven)....

UPDATE AUGUST 4, 2012: A 21 year old Pakistani gardener, of a nearby hotel, was arrested and confessed. DNA "fingerprint" maching has also identified him as the prime suspect of the brutal attack. 


A  teenage girl was sexually abused and severely beaten in Paros island, Cyclades a few days ago. She remains comatose in intensive care unit,  until this hour. Her condition is critical. A widespread hunt for the man who did this is going in Paros and the neighboring islands in the Aegean. If you are aware of the incident can you please help by giving info to track down the criminal who did this...

2012 LONDON OLYMPIC GAMES CEREMONY BORING AND MEDIOCRE AT BEST. CORONATION CHICKEN MEETS YESTERDAY'S FISH AND CHIPS!

.... In my mind and  soul there are a million things that are great about United  Kingdom.
Film: From Ken Loach to Ridley Scott, Ken Russell to David Lean, Nicolas Roeg to Terry Gilliam, from Alfred Hitchcock  to John Boorman, from James Ivory to Alan Parker and so on, and so on.... From rock legends: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones...  From literature giants to the mavericks of pop culture, to the science innovators and social changes breakthroughs. Yes, many of them were British. And we have to be really grateful to them.
In my heart I was feeling that Britannia was more than a...hospital, Mr. Bean's predictable "Chariots Of Fire" green-boxed pure Americana (in a sense that was an Oscar awards ceremony sketch on a low- ratings night), and Paul McCartney's synced out playback of "Hey, Jude")...Arctic Monkeys are a good band for live concert but limited (phew! I was afraid they are going to pull an auto-tuned Katy Perry dressed in black beret uniform stripping to an English pub waitress). They are certainly not the epitome of UK culture...
And last night I triple-checked out legends Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, David Gilmour were alive, kicking, rockin' and still playing music...And, sorry pals, Mr. Bean's humor  is so passe camp pantomime compared to the Monty Pythonesque sarcasm, ethos and ergography. And, sorry chums, modern Britain is a buzzing mosaique of many cultures, a hot, burgeoning amalgam of many histories, cultures and religions. Not the low-life garden of kitch.
...But hey guess what? I am a foreigner. I am no British.  The Great British, in the unfathomless darkness of their deep-rooted misery of a has-been Empire knew and know better... Αnd they were supported by an amnesiac in the last phase of this wide-spread disease IOC President Jaques Rogue who was puffing up relentlessly their kitchy, fish-and-chips, post-industrial rev borrowed-up, phone-hacking, LIBOR-manipulated scandalous  feathers conveniently omitting the historical facts: When the Hellenic civilization invented the Olympic Games more than 25 centuries years ago, their ancestors, inhabitants of the land, we are now forced to call Great Britain, were chasing down wild animals in the darkness of their  forests,  munching, devouring, gulping, ripping off their flesh into chunks and pieces, and drinking their warm blood while they were alive, and kicking... The blood of the others! 

SUGAR BABIES: OBESITY, DIABETES, AND THE SUGAR GENOCIDE

1. Stop government subsidies for junk food. Stop or reduce subsidies of agriculture products that allow for the glut of cheap, high-calorie, nutrient-poor sugars and fats from corn, wheat and soy into the marketplace.
2. Tax sugar. We should tax sugar (and maybe even processed junk food with added sugars.) A one cent per ounce tax would raise $15 billion a year, while a 10 cent per ounce tax could raise $150 billion per year(11). This could support national food programs and community projects to fight obesity and diabetes and promote health, and help cover the hundreds of billions of dollars of health care costs from increasing obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.  The food industry has blocked initiatives for this tax in 30 states by pouring millions of dollars into lobbying and donations such as the $10 million Coca-Cola gave to a hospital in Philadelphia to swing the vote in the legislature(12).
3. End junk food marketing to children.  We are one of the only countries that allow this.  Studies show that the worse the food, the more the marketing.  The average 2 year old can recognize and name junk food from their baby carriage in the supermarket(13).
4. Fund community-based initiatives. Support healthy eating with community kitchens, gardens, and cooking classes that teach how to make good food cheaply. Children need life skills on how to care for and feed their bodies.  We are raising the first generation of Americans who don’t know how to cook. If implemented, the new health care bill and the new Council on Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health provide avenues to support these programs.
5. Provide incentives for grocery stores and farmer’s markets in food deserts and all communities.
6. Make school lunches healthy by providing only real food and modeling healthy eating. Food can be both fun for you and good for you. Create national standards based on sound 21^st century nutritional science and common sense. Most schools have only a microwave or deep fryer, hardly the tools needed to feed our children real, fresh food. Any government-supported programs should have strict guidelines for what foods may be served. There is no room for junk food or sugar calories in schools.
7. Change zoning around schools to limit access to fast food and convenience stores.  We shouldn’t have to rely on parents blockading junk food stores after school, as a group of parents did in Philadelphia. We shouldn’t make it easy to get bad food!
8. The FDA should regulate sugar as a drug, not as a “GRAS” or generally recognized as safe substance.  It is a known toxin and is deadly when consumed in large quantities.
